Somatic and relational work to change the patterns that keep repeating, in the body, not just the mind.
Underneath every relationship is a simple human wish: to be seen and loved as we are.
That kind of love is yours to have, secure, grounded and expansive.
And still, for most of us, relationships can feel challenging. We can love someone with our whole heart and still fall into the same old patterns, talk past each other, and ache for a closeness that feels just out of reach.
Here is what is real. The people closest to us touch our oldest wounds. Not to break us, but to show us where we are ready to mend.
The hard part is that almost no one taught us how to turn our relationships into a place that mends rather than a place we guard ourselves.
But when we learn to meet our patterns with awareness, in the body and not only in the mind, love starts to become a path of becoming. The path that carries us back to ourselves, and to the closeness our hearts have been reaching for all along.
Most of us grew up believing our relationships could only change if the other person changed too. So we wait, we hope, we ask them to show up differently. And when they cannot, we feel stuck in something we did not choose and cannot seem to leave.
The truth is every relationship in your life can begin to change the moment you do. Because when one person stops reacting from an old pattern and starts responding from who they actually are, the entire dynamic reorganizes around that.
This is how the nervous system works. When you find real safety in your body, when the inherited dynamics of your family line stop running the show beneath your best intentions, something opens. In you and in every relationship you are in.
This is the work we do together.
"Working with Ra was a transformative experience. Her ability to tap into the wisdom of my ancestors and guide me through deep healing has been life changing. I feel a profound sense of connection to my lineage and a newfound clarity in my path."
We are a married couple, parents, healers, and contemplative teachers, who heal, transform, and serve our community together. The relational field we carry as a couple is itself part of the medicine. We are not teaching what we have studied. We are living what we offer.
