One on one sessions are a dedicated space to work with your body, your nervous system, and the patterns running underneath your life. Both Dylan and Ra hold these sessions, online over Zoom or in person in Boulder. Each session is conversational and somatic at the same time, meaning we track what is alive in your body as we talk and let the work unfold from there. Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes.
Dylan is a Doctor of Chiropractic, somatic practitioner, and contemplative teacher based in Boulder, Colorado. He has practiced for over a decade, weaving Network Spinal care, somatic awareness, and contemplative practice into sessions that meet the nervous system at every level. His work opens a subtle but powerful field of awareness where healing happens through revelation rather than effort. He is also a teacher with Luminous Awareness Institute and holds Luminous Embodiment Sessions for individuals ready to work at the intersection of body, consciousness, and relational healing.
Ra is a somatic practitioner, relationship guide, and partner in the practice alongside Dylan. She holds one on one and couples sessions and leads family constellation work. Her practice draws on years of her own inner work, family constellation training, and a deep study of relational and embodied healing. Ra and Dylan both work with somatics and the nervous system in their sessions, and each bring their own lens to the same body of work.
Both of us work with somatics and the nervous system, and each bring our own gifts to the table. Ra holds more of the couples and family constellation work, and beyond that it really comes down to your preference of who you want to sit with. Most people choose based on a felt sense. The work we do in one on one and couples sessions uses the body as the doorway, meaning the nervous system, the felt sense, and the places where patterns live underneath language. It is not a replacement for mental health care, and it is not spinal adjustment. It is its own practice and it tends to land in places the other approaches cannot reach alone.
No. One on one and couples sessions happen online over Zoom and are available worldwide. If you are local to Boulder, in person sessions are also available. Because the work is rooted in somatic awareness rather than touch, it translates cleanly to either format.
Yes. Couples sessions are a core part of the practice and are most often held by Ra, who specializes in relational and family constellation work. Dylan also holds couples sessions, and some couples choose to work with both of us together. Sessions happen over Zoom or in person.
